We are excited to announce that we have transitioned to a new patient portal effective November 18, 2014.
The name of the new portal is "FOLLOW MY HEALTH".
We have moved to this portal to give you greater access to your health information and interaction with the office.
There is a link in the upper left corner of the web site to the "FOLLOW MY HEALTH" portal.
The Medfusion portal, with which you may currently have an account, has been disabled. Medfusion will continue to host our website moving forward.
You can now set up an account on the new portal. To do so, please contact the office and we will send you an invite which will allow you to create an account with "FOLLOW MY HEALTH".
If you already have an account with "FOLLOW MY HEALTH" through another provider, you will be able to add Dearborn OB/GYN Associates to your account.
The online payment function will not be immediately available. Please make your payments by mail or contact the billing office to make a payment over the phone. As soon as the online bill pay feature is available, we will post a notice on the web site. Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you have any questions.
